Ways for return

You have the right to return the products you bought within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them.

In this case, only the shipping cost of returning the products is charged by you.

Please note that returns are only accepted if:

Contact us at 2310 262155. The product must not be worn (except for fit)

• Product tabs / labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.

• No parts have been removed or any modification has be done.  

• All product accessories such as the box, operating manuals and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product.

• You return the products to us with courier company: Speedex or ACS Courier.

According to EU rules, if the products you buy turn out to be defective or do not meet the advertised features, the merchant must repair, replace, reduce the price or refund your money.

By observing the above you help us to serve you immediately and the procedures become very simple!

NOTE:

The customer is responsible for the product until it arrives at our offices, so please make sure the packaging of the shipment is safe so as not to cause any damage during transport!
